What is the process of apply for a visit visa to Uk to visit my fiancee?
Hi, me and my fiancee are both 21 years, and I live in the U.A.E, and she lives in London, she has come to visit me several times to U.A.E, and occasionally other countries too, I previously traveled to UK and have a UK visa stamped which had expired on 26th December 2006, i also have 2 refusals for a student visa to UK,the reason given was that the officer was not satisfied that i would be able to do my course without taking aid of public funds, and not satisfied if i will work in the Uk, the date of the last refusal was Feb 2007, so it has been 2 years since, I just want to know, what should i do to get my visas, and if it would help if my fiancee is with me, when I apply for the visa
